Gaurav Trehan is a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of our Company being a nominee of Melwood Holdings II Pte. Ltd. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics/ applied science and economics from University of California, Los Angeles. He is currently the partner and chief executive officer (India) of KKR India Advisors Private Limited. Prior to joining KKR India, he was a partner with TPG Capital Limited. He has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and finance.
