Rajan Hamir Gajaria is the Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the University of Bombay and a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management Society, Lucknow. He was previously associated with National Organic Chemical Industries Limited, Dow AgroSciences, and Corteva Agriscience. He has been conferred with the title of Sagamore of the Wabash by the State of Indiana, USA. He has over 30 years of experience in marketing and in various sectors including agriculture, seeds, chemical manufacturing as a Board director.
