T Raja is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Madurai Kamaraj University and master’s degree in social work from Madurai Kamaraj University. He is an advocate on the rolls of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, qualified as advocate on record for the Supreme Court of India and designated as a senior advocate by the Supreme Court of India. He was also appointed as a judge and then elevated as the Chief Justice of Madras High Court. He was also previously empanelled on the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee and as Group B counsel for the Central Government before the Supreme Court of India. He has served as an additional advocate general for the State of Tamil Nadu and has also served as the counsel for Employees State Insurance Corporation and Central Bank of India. He has over 37 years of experience in the legal service society.
