Usha Rao Monari is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She is also the independent director of UPL Limited. She holds a bachelor’s degree of arts (honours) from the University of Delhi, a master’s degree in management studies from the University of Bombay and has also pursued a doctorate of philosophy from Columbia University. She was previously associated with the World Bank as a director, with the Blackstone Group LP as their senior advisor and with the United Nations Development Programme as their under secretary general and associate administrator. She has over 29 years of experience in the banking and finance industry.
