Vikram Rajnikant Shroff is a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of our Company being a nominee of UPL Limited. He is also the non-executive director of UPL Limited and the vice chairman and co-chief executive officer of UPL Group of Companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from University of Bombay and has also completed the owner/ president management program from Harvard Business School. He has received the Global Philanthropist Award from the Global Gift Gala, Dubai in the year 2018 and is also honoured with Vivekananda International Relations Peace Awards 2025. He has over 27 years of experience in chemical and agri-inputs industry.
